2025 LOCAL UPCOMING / COMPLETED TOURS 

You do not need a vintage car, however you need to be a member of VMCCA (Vintage Motor Car Club of America) www.vmcca.org and a member  of Northern Colorado Chapter VMCCA in order for you to attend any of our tours, whether it is local tours and/or National tours.

OCTOBER 18, 2025

We will tour to Rudy Glick’s home and shop to see his collection of miniature working engines. Rudy is retired IBM machinist and builds these engines from drawings and prints in his shop.  Meet at 8:30am. in the Scheels parking lot,  

 

For the women who have no interest in viewing working engines, are invited to the Reed’s house to play Bunco and then meet the other members at Woods Market to eat lunch 

NOVEMBER 15, 2025:

Friendsgiving luncheon, Community Center 6501 Brittany Street Fort Collins CO

DECEMBER 13, 2025

We will meet at McCarty’s Restaurant at the Eaton Country Golf Club in Eaton CO at 11:15 am;   soup and salad begins at 11:30am followed by main meal at 12:00pm; if we pay our 2025 dues by December 1st, then we get $10 off the price of the meal. Ladies may bring plate of cookies to share.

MAY 17, 2025:

We met at Steve Engeman’s residence for his “dealer promo” model car collection;

After lunch, we toured to New Mercer Commons Assisted Living for a Mini Car Show from 2:00-3:00pm

Stephen Tebo invited our chapter of VMCCA and other local car clubs to tour his large private car collection, housed in Longmont CO;  Mr Tebo requested us to take no pictures since this is his private collection.

Our tour was Brookdale North Loveland for a mini car show. They were thoroughly appreciative of us extending our time for them. The Whiskey Pickles, Northern Colorado local blues band, was rockin

A Natural Tour; Ray and Carol has chosen 7 of 50 Natural Areas in Fort Collins CO for us to tour;  we met at 8:00am at Cinnamon’s Bakery at Loveland Yards;

AUGUST 16, 2025:

Breakfast in the Park;  

we gathered at Namaqua Park, 730 N County Road 19E Loveland CO; we enjoyed the biscuits & gravy made by  Ray & Carol, Ron & Carole and Fred & Penny.

We had a new member join Northern Colorado VMCCA.  After our breakfast, we toured Fred & Penny’s Garage and celebrated Fred’s birthday.

We toured to Estes Park to join Estes Park VMCCA Cars & Coffee event from 9:30-11:00am.

We drove on the Peak to Peak Highway to Nederland to have lunch.  

After lunch, we toured the Carousel of Happiness and Scott Harrison gave us a presentation.

OCTOBER 4, 2025:  

Cowboy Picnic hosted by Beth & Troy

Beth and Troy’s October Cowboy picnic included soups and bread served cowboy style in enamel cups with bandanas for napkins.  The Brunswick stew is a fall harvest soup in the South.

Desserts were cow pasture cookies (chocolate oatmeal cookies), haystacks (Rice Krispie treats), and wagon wheels (pumpkin chocolate chip cookies).  Beth shared her Grandmother’s recipe of her Cowboy Cookies.
